I’m Eduard – a serial entrepreneur and mentor with a track record of building and scaling five successful startups from the ground up. Several of these ventures have been recognized as some of the best companies in Canada, year after year.
Before embarking on my entrepreneurial journey, I spent over 14 years as a competitive swimmer. In 2015, I broke a Canadian record and pursued my Olympic dream. However, my swimming career came to an end in 2016 when I narrowly missed qualifying for the Olympics. This turning point led me to channel my drive and discipline into the world of business.
I don’t coach from a whiteboard. I’ve co-founded companies, raised capital, built teams across continents, and grown a media platform to 250k monthly views. Everything I offer comes from that experience not a certification.
I believe in pushing boundaries and aiming for the extraordinary – a philosophy encapsulated in one of my favorite quotes:
